Timberwolves forward Thaddeus Young returned to practice Monday after clearing the concussion tests following a collision with Chicago’s Jimmy Butler on Saturday night.
During the first half of Minnesota’s 106-105 loss to the Bulls, Young caught an inadvertent elbow from Butler while battling for a rebound.
Young was down on the floor for more than 10 minutes and didn’t return to the game after the hit.
“I don’t even want to talk about that play,” Young told reporters after practice on Monday. “I want to put it behind me and focus on the next game and the long road trip we have coming up.”
