The Dolphins are going all out to land La’el Collins.
They’ve sent receiver Jarvis Landry, linebacker Kelvin Sheppard and defensive tackle Anthony Johnson to Baton Rouge along with coach Joe Philbin to Baton Rouge to meet with him today, according to a report from Fox 8 in New Orleans.
Collins along with the three Dolphins all played at LSU and remain tight.
A week ago, Collins was in Chicago, getting ready to be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.
Now, he’s in Baton Rouge, with teams eager to sign him as a lowly undrafted free agent. Someone’s about to get a great deal, and it’s not Collins.
